I REALLY **DO** have the best internet friends.

So, today my friend Jagwriter flew in from the Comic Con in San Diego on her way to another con in Saint Louis. And she brought me LOTS AND LOTS of pictures. I will try to get them on my photobucket so that others can enjoy them too. She also brought me a dvd of Farscape: Undressed (squeeee) and some really cool buttons. One says "Irreversibly Contaminated" and I think I will be wearing that EVERYWHERE once WGN starts airing the Farscape eps! She also gifted me with some great Con swag, and some trading cards that I didn't have ANY OF yet. Better get on that. What do you get for someone that seems to have EVERYTHING already available in a fandom? *brain hurt*

MarkTwo sent me 4 DVDs with A TON of Claudia Black movies and TV shows ALL THE WAY from Australia. I cannot wait till the narl goes to sleep so that I can watch more of them. I AM LOVING "City Life" and wish I had them ALL!!! I simply MUST remember to mail the TVGuide with Ben on the cover to him as soon as possible (and I am trying to finagle (sp?) a surprise too!). You know, I don't think that I can EVER get over the generosity I have been shown by 'Scapers; and I don't care how many copies of PKWars I sent to OZ, or Canada, or UK, or Ireland...I feel like I have been "repaid" several times over! (actually, I think I HAVE BEEN!) Hey, why don't WE have shows THIS GOOD here? "City Life" (which I am estimating aired the same year-ish as Melrose Place and the beginning of Friends) is sooooo much better than MP ever DREAMT of being, and is even better than the first few seasons of Friends. And it has a bit of "Sex in the City" and/or Will & Grace in it too. IN OTHER WORDS: VERY well rounded. I especially liked how the begining showed the gay best friend of the Soon-to-be-Married guy being all ANGSTY and jealous and then THE SOON TO BE MARRIED GUY KISSED HIM! (both are HAWT too!) Kissed him like it was nothing, and like that kind of thing happened all the time out in public. Come to find out, they used to be a "thing," before one woke up and decided he was straight instead! YOU DON'T FIND THIS KIND OF STUFF HERE! *gasp* Real, Adult, TV! I think I need to move to OZ...

SylvreWolf (who is currently deployed to...well, some really crappy place in Europe doing humanitarian work with the National Guard) sent me a brand new copy of The Official Farscape Convention 2004. MORE BEN! YAY! When she gets back she will find a disc that has all of the Stargate: SG-1 eps that she missed. Gotta spread the Ben-Love.

And my SHINY new e-pal, Denise sent me some of the most AWESOME little giftlets. Little chinese take-out boxes with DINOSAUR keyrings and pins, silk changepurses/wallets & little I-Ching coins (I assume that is what they are).
